  Work nearby so here quite often. Consistently mess up my simple orders. If I can go a week with only 1 mess up I consider it a good week.

  This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The staff are extremely rude, argumentative, and can not get an order correct for the life of them. They just stand around talking and not serving customers or cleaning the dining area- which is almost always filthy.

  I stop here every morning on the way to work, most of the time its quick, but some days in the mid afternoon, it can take 15-20 mins.. If you see the line up all the way to the back, avoid it.

  Terrible service. Staff was very rude and rushed me through the drive thru this morning. He was rolling his eyes as he took my payment (gift card) and was actually snapping his fingers at me to leave faster. Also very sloppy, my bagel was thrown together in the bag with the top half upside down. Not impressed. Maybe instead of rushing the two customers in the line through, you could take a couple extra seconds to put the order together properly.
  
  UPDATE: made the mistake of coming here on my way to work, as I was in a rush and in need of breakfast. They gave me the wrong order, which I didn't realize until I was at work 20 minutes later. Really disappointing that I wasted $2.30 on a bagel, and didn't even get to eat.
  
  And don't bother wasting your time trying to contact the manager to complain. I have tried to contact them, but they're never in.
