  Drive through was busy today so I walked in. There was only 1 person working the till and 5 on drive through. With a large line-up forming we asked that the drive through employees help with the new trainee that was working the till alone. The new trainee told the experienced workers to go back and that the customers can wait.
  
  Then this new employee started arguing with the customers. Don't know what she was thinking. It was extremely rude. We just tried to get her help.
  
  Anyways the coffee's great as usual!

  Really like this location.... The staff here are efficient and get the order correct all the time. And it's probably the better location to pop into before you get on the highway.

  Drive thru not quick enough to make the best way to get the customer orders out for that way for vehicles don't cause accidents or traffic flow along Kipling.

  I'm currently a part of building two new condominiums in the area. I stop at this Time Horton's restaurant every evening after work for a coffee and a donut. The drive-thru service is always impeccable, but the counter service is ridiculous. I give 50% of the employees their credit for keeping everything moving, but the other 50% seem to hate their jobs. As great as the coffee always is, I never look forward to dealing with the people taking my order, or the wait.

  Service is fast and efficient. Drive thru service was faster than the counter service. Drive thru lane is connected to Wendy's lane and that can cause confusion and long lines.
