  With the recent renovation, I had hoped for a better setup to serve customers faster. During morning rush, the wait time can be lengthy. Other downtown locations are better able to handle the morning rush. Generally try to go elsewhere for faster service. In addition, with recent renovations​, the food selection of muffins and donuts actually decreased ... another reason I go elsewhere now.

  This Tim is not a regular Tim everytime my order is mix up the coffe taste burns the staff are no way friendly and the time to wait for a coffee is crazy love the local coffee shop next to them or the star buck of. John and front.

  Asked clearly and slowly for an extra large double double. Same worker handed me a coffee saying heres your extra large dark roast. I said oh I wanted original with a polite smile - I guess she took offence becuase she then made 3/4 of a cup of original and handed it to me. :(

  Everytime I go to this location I have issues with staff incompetence. I live right beside this location and go out of my way for better service. Spent all that money on renovations instead of putting it to better use and rehire new staff.
