  I can't use profanity otherwise I would have done it. Some of the staff is so freaking rude and they don't know what customer service is. If I were their boss, would have fired them right away. Disgusting people. Very few ladies are really good and they always say sorry for the mistakes done by others. I hope someone change the staff! Please!!

  They sometimes ruin your coffee, maybe because of too much rush they try to do everything as fast as they can. But still it's a good economical alternative to Second Cup in L block.

  Staff are miserable, try and rush you through your order, they have no patience and I've had my order messed up so many times because they don't listen and rush. Lineups are huge.

  SOMETIMES THEY RUIN THE COFFEE. IT DOES NOT TASTE. I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE SO MANY TIMES. AND MOREOVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. EMPLOYEES DON'T EVEN SMILE WHEN THEY TAKE ORDER . NO ONE EVEN SAY HI TO CUSTOMER. WE PAY THEM . IT OUR MONEY THAT THEY ARE DOING SO MUCH GOOD BUSINESS. THEY DON`T EVEN KNOW HOE TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. OUR DAY STARTS WITH THE TIM`S COFFEE. NO ONE WANTS TO SEE A BLANK AND UNAMUSED EXPRESSION ON THEIR FACE WHILE ORDERING YOUR COFFEES. THAT`S VERY BAD. I DON`T EXPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM TIM HORTON`S AS IT IS CONSIDERED TO BE ONE OF THE WELL KNOWN COMPANY.
