  Went to grab breakfast in store and had a horrible experience:
  
  - NO FREE WATER
  
  At the end of order asked for a cup of ice water. Employee gave it to me but won't give me a lid. I said I need to keep it in the truck and she said they don't give lids and in fact even free water. She says apparently that's why they sell bottled water. I said I will pay for the cup but to no avail. I asked for manager and she said ahe is supervisor.
  
  When I raised my voice a bit she said she will give me the lid for now.
  
  I usually get a cup of ice water at Tims and put some money for charity there so its win-win.
  
  - IMPROPER ORDER
  Minor issue but asked for hashbrown inside wrap but was given separately.
  
  - 2/5 ICE CAPP
  Half liquidy
