  Echoing others, this is a Tim Horton's what do you expect? I went early in the day in mid-morning, so I didn't have a problem with the service since traffic was light. Physically I can understand why there are service problems at other times. The kitchen is too small for the location.

  The service isn't great although the staff tries to do their best. It's management failing their up front people. What a shame which is why they get a 2star.
  
  We come because the staff is nice, regardless and it's the halfway point for our coffee group.

  Two times going through the drive through and treated like crap. First time I was putting away my wallet after a transaction and was told to move my car when there weren't any cars behind me, the second time (today @8pm) I was paying by debit and the lady forcefully told me to grab my cookies as I was paying and rushed my transaction, only to see she just wanted to talk to her workmates about things not related to work... Very unprofessional.

  I don't particularly like this Tim Hortons location as there is not enough parking nearby. Everyone parks at in the CIBC parking lot where I Bank. So you have to park across the way near the Canadian Tire store if you want to get to these two locations. But that is life in the big city.
