  Very poor experience with workers who barely spoke English while getting an iced capp that was more of a milkshake and completely melted twice while coming here. Would appreciate some great improvement over the customer service at this location.

  Way to much cream in the medium when you ask for a dubble dubble.
  
  Went in the other day got a medium asked for one cream since the 2 creams for the medium is way to much opened it to see the difference and there were little white things floating around in it... maybe it was time to change the cream ? Also there were orange things floating around to.
  
  I haven't had a great experience with this Tim Hortons however I know people who have never had any problems here.. I guess it's just hit and miss.

  Everything was good except everything smelt like baby powder, now I don't know if they are even allowed to use baby powder or whatever it was at work... Some people are allergic to baby powders, my box of timbits, my wrap, my whole car now, my coffee especially, I can't even take a sip without getting a sudden smell of baby powder!! I tried calling the store but still haven't gotten thru to a manager, like helloo do u people not smell it? I'm not letting this one go easily, gonna go follow up with a manager when I find one, will keep y'all updated, but for now you've lost a frequent customer.

  Great service friendly people, but two days this week large double double had no sugar. Not a happy camper.
