  Got a medium ice coffee. It was the most watered down coffee I've ever had. Feels like at least half the cup was just tap water. Tastes nasty. Threw it away after first sip.

  This tim Hortons is very slow, almost totally ignored walk in customers. Employees erase the order lists before fulfilling then make mistakes on what was paid for. They warm bagels rather than toast them unless you catch them at it. Ten minutes for a bagel and wrap while you watch 8-10 cars make it through the drive through

  Dropped a 20$ bill in line and the guy behind me picked it up and put it in his pocket. When i asked if someone picked it up he said no. After leaving a lady sitting down told me the guy behind me picked it up

  Worse experience you can ever get!!
  First of all the drive through is very quick but they seem to want you out more than do their job to give you the best customer service. They rush you and never stop to ask if you needed anything else.
  
  I understand that this Tim Hortons is on a busy street
  (Midland and Eglington)
  But I feel like they dedicate more time serving drive through than the customers waiting inside.
  Yet they still arent doing their jobs properly but poorly.
  
  I bought my regular coffee and a breakfast wrap. I waited for my wrap for 5 mins and miss my bus Aswell as when I received my wrap and quickly ran out to catch another bus. I found out that my wrap was forgotten and has been burnt. Yet they never said anything or apologize for the wait. If there's a way I can upload photos here I would.
  
  This Tim Hortons is by far the worse I've been and still keep on going in because I live close by. I would much appreciate it if they took their time and care to serve each customer properly. It would be much Appreciated.

  Usually quite busy! Good friendly service most of the time... However this place could use some better organization
