  Worst Tim Hortons in Toronto. Staff don't care, run out of food, no refund, no exchange and they just don't care! Requested a ham sandwich only, no condiments on white bread. What I received is in the picture below. A burnt torn whole wheat bun with the ham thrown on haphazardly. They said no white bread left, then no bread left at all, this was at 1pm in the afternoon. Complained with phone number never received a call back. Avoid!!!

  A very small location, only has 2 tables, totalling 8 seats. The front cast is so close to the entrance that if go beyond 4 people the person in the line will have to wait outside. Luckily the service is really quick, and there donuts are always fresh. They also have a walk-up window for you to order from outside.

  The late night staff were friendly, but exhibited surprising awkwardness. My drive-through order was delayed because they forgot to make a part of it. They also just let me sit in front of the window for a long time, before they came over to help. It wasn't an unpleasant experience, as they were very friendly and welcoming. Yet the organization aspect could improve a bit - though I don't know, one of the two staff members could have been a trainee, which would be a perfectly fine explanation for the ordeal.

  The drive thru speaker was very quiet. I could barely hear anything. Not sure if this was a technical issue or if the employee was a low-talker. The teenage girl at the window was rude. Bad attitude and not customer-friendly at all. And once I'd driven away I discovered they messed up my drink order. Very dissatisfied.
