  It's a large Tim Hortons and features a fire place and 24 hr service. But it's also a bit sketchy, which is weird for the area. Lots of seating, convenient to the Silvercity theatre, Eglinton station and many bars (which probably contribute to said sketchiness)

  The lines are always fast the customer service is excellent one less star only because sometimes my has browns are too hard. All in all a great place it's my breakfast place before work every day.

  The decor is nicer and more spacious than most Tim's I've been to. The staff are as you'd expect, neither very nice nor very mean. Some of them don't seem to know the menu so well so they have to ask co-workers for help.
  The lineup system is really weird and disorganized. You never know if someone is in line or ordered already. They really need to fix that to make it less awkward and more streamlined. Just put up one of those retractable barriers and it would fix the problem entirely.

  Would it really kill these people to cover the bagels entire surface area with cream cheese? The people who work here are lazy. The location in the mall has better service and they don't skimp on the cream cheese.
