- 1 / 5By Ariana RyanHonestly, it's appalling how bad the service there is. It shouldn't take 15+ minutes for me to get my order if I'm the only one in line. Also it seems your employees need more training as many of times I would have to stand there waiting to for them to figure out how to correctly punch in my order. Honestly I think that they should ask for help rather than making me wait so long for them to try to figure it out. Not only then but during school time the service is just as bad as constantly my receipt is either switched with someone else's or it's thrown out completely. I think that for me to keep coming back there, adjustments need to be made.April 11, 2017
