  Very good food! I had a cashew nuts chicken with upgrade for coconut rice. Incredible! I came back day after to have the same meal again.

  Ordered the pineapple fried rice and the thai chili chicken for a delivery. Everything arrived hot and delicious- the portions are massive. We had enough to feed two people dinner two days in a row. Love it!

  I ordered delivery for three people from Thai Room Danforth and I must say I am disappointed with their problem resolution skills.
  
  I've ordered from Thai Room before, all through just-eat... this last time I ordered via telephone. I gave my name and address to the girl on the other side of the phone and had to repeat my order several times. This didn't bother me at all, I just wanted the food delivered promptly to feed my three starving guests.
  
  The food arrives very quickly as I hoped it would (yay!) and gave the delivery personnel a nice tip for the prompt delivery. I set the bags down, pour my guests their drinks and.... an item is missing from the order. The delivery man was probably just getting back into his car when I called the restaurant back to notify them of the error.
  
  The girl who answered was the same girl who took the order and she was very apologetic. She told me that she would send it over ASAP. Again, I wasn't too bothered.
  
  Two minutes later I receive a follow-up call from a different girl from the restaurant. She asks about the mishap to ensure she has it correct. I respond with "yes". She proceeds to tell me (in an accusatory tone) that, "the guy who packed the order says he packed it."
  
  This is where I begin to get irritated. "Well, I'm looking at the order on my table right now and..... there's NO Avocado chicken here." She puts me on hold. She comes back to the telephone to tell me that it will take 1 1/2 - 2 hours before it can be delivered. "So.... do you want to wait? Or we can put a credit on your account."
  
  I responded and told her that there was no need for the credit as I would not be ordering from their establishment again. The tone that she had was as if we wanted free food so we lied about a missing item.
  
  Thai Room: when a guest brings a concern to your attention, do not accuse them of being liars. Thanks.

  There were 4 customers in the restaurant, including us. The service was awfully slow, food was cold, appetizers came after the main meal, tea was cold and food was tasteless. The Thai Room on Bloor St is excellent.

  Second last time I ordered food it was for pick up and they delivered it. This time I walked in, ordered three dishes, left with my food came home to find two dishes. The food is decent but communication issues with these people are severe. Like...... Severe.
