  Terrible. I'm not sure how but the quality of the food served here is below the standard of other locations of the same chain. Pad Thai is often soggy and drenched in pre made sauce. Not recommended.

  I've ordered here several times, never had a flubbed order, though I don't make any odd requests. Staff is friendly and efficient. I don't have experience with other restaurants in the chain, but the food seems like pretty decent Thai fast food.

  I just visited your location on University Avenue. I ordered spicy pad thai with shrimp. What I got was spicy pad thai with chicken. Not great for a vegetarian. I tried to call the location but no answer. Please provide an email address I can email to write a formal complaint and have this issue addressed immediately.
