  First experience, excellent food and wait staff. Blown away at the authenticity of the food and the kindness of your staff!
  
  The three stars is for the issue we had on our night, with regards to how your staff DIDN'T handle a disturbance happening in the resaturant. I just want to leave a note for the owners. I understand the majority of your clientele may be upper class, but I don't believe this gives your clients the authority to quite literally do as they please.
  
  We were here Wednesday night (May 31st) and watched a man BERATE his sister and her husband, in full view of your staff (they of course knew) and, whats worse, his 1 year old nephew. I mean, he was CURSING out his sister and brother-in-law.
  
  It was quite loud in the restaurant, so I'm not sure how many other people other than those in the immediate distance (including us) were disturbed by this. But it went on for in excess of 45 minutes and really dampened the whole night. I was quite concerned for the woman and her kid, and wanted to bring it up to staff, but they clearly saw (security noticed as well) and did nothing! You guys should really take some accountability.
  
  Having a patron yell and berate his family, including a CHILD...I mean, come on guys, at what point do you step in? AFTER he throws a few punches? He was very aggressive and it made all of us quite nervous.

  I love the ambiance at this Terroni's and the food is always delicious. The back terrace is a beautiful little escape in the city. My past couple of visits though the service was slow and the food took a while to get to the table. Don't go here if you are in a rush.

  I was a bit hesitant because I'm not a big fan of Italian food, but I was not disappointed! In fact I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was a bit slow but the pastas were so good, it made up for it! Would definitely go back.

  Such a great place! Staff is very attentive, helpful and super nice. The food arrived super quickly and it was also delicious. If you have a chance to seat on the patio -do it you'll love the experience even more

  I've been twice now, the seating is a bit tight, but the food both times was amazing. I ordered the smoked salmon pizza with white sauce both times, the edges were a tiny bit burnt both times but that's normal for a thin crust pizza in my experience. I went on a busy night the second time (Ex. Fri, Sat) and the host showed us our seats and said there's another reservation for it in an hour and a half. The waitress was late bringing the check (waited around 10 minutes before notifying another staff member who brought it), but the host didn't use usher away at least.
