  This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. I hated the taste of my "fake" strawberry smoothie because it tasted like chemicals and very artificial. I went back to ask for a refund, exchange or AT LEAST an apology but the people there cleary do not value the experience of their customers. They have never been trained in customer service! Not only did the worker lie to make us leave by saying she was the manager but when I asked to speak to them and she also refused to tell us her name. I DO NOT reccomend this location at all. The drinks are bad and the customer service is absent! The manager was also very rude and did not want to do anything for me. In the end I had to leave very upset and distraught.

  Slow service. Drink's are mediocre. Tapioca is hard and chewy. On hot days it gets very humid. Had issues using vicinity cards because they wanted "teashop" labeled cards when the purpose of vicinity is to consolidate the rewards system together.

  I liked coming here because they usually open late and on holidays, and I get my bubble tea and popcorn chicken fix. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is not bad - it is pretty much the only place where I can get popcorn chicken around the neighborhood. It has good internet connection and they don't mind you doing work there for a long time.
  
  However, often times I find a couple of very persistent flies flying around the dining area bothering the hell out of guests who have food on the table, and the staff don't seem to be trying to get rid of them. This happens consistently enough that I wonder about the food storage in the kitchen. I hope they can fix this problem as I prefer doing work at this place over Starbucks across the street, but if the problem doesn't go away I'll have to go somewhere else.
