    Ordered a summer special. The fries were dry and cold. The chicken was so dry we had to use all the gravy just to eat it. Then, as I went to send a review or complaint, I discovered that I couldn't find a 'contact us' link except for a telephone number. It would be nice (and expected these days) to have an email to send this complaint to.

    Typical fare. Not exactly the classiest joint. But if you're in a rush, this place will do. Standard Swiss Chalet fare, cooked as well as at any other branch.
