  I ordered delivery online. They forgot my side salad, my Reuben was incredibly soggy and poorly put together. The beef wrap was also poorly put together and had a very small amount of fries. Nothing was worth the price.
  
  I called the store multiple times to try to get my salad redelivered . They never answered the phone. I called the customer service line and sat on hold for 25 minutes to be told I could get a discount applied to my next order but only if I make my next order by phone, it cannot be applied to future online orders. Last thing I want to do is wait 25 minutes on hold a second time just to order by phone and save $10.
  
  They refused to refund my credit card unless I went into the store myself with my credit card.
  
  So all in all pretty terrible food pretty terrible customer service.

  Generally, I like Swiss Chalet, but ABSOLUTELY do not order delivery from this location. They will mess up your order every time. Their quality assurance is non-existent from forgetting the condiments and utensils to forgetting an entire side order. With so much other options nowadays give this a pass.

  Tried the "crispy chicken" - it was OK, seems to be the regular chicken with the breading seasoned with chalet sauce mix. Had trouble with getting our order right, and ended up missing the coleslaw, but otherwise service was fine

  Really great service and food even though it is an "Express" location. Not the full restaurant treatment if eating in, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great level of service we received.
