  Picked up dinner for eight.Took two minutes to get home. They forgot buns, and fries were cold. Called restaurant was put on hold for 30 minutes. Was offered a $10 credit. Wrote to customer service. Was told someone would get back to me. NOPE. Wrote again to customer service...same response. Never heard from them again. 1 month later.
  Brutal service all round.
  Suggestion? Eat in only....their pickup service and customer service is garbage!!

  Terrible customer service! The manager is pompous and unprofessional and they have lost my family as customers. I ordered food from them that arrived to me over cooked and unpalatable, as well as our meals were missing sides. When I called back it was too late to get a replacement as the store was closed , so I was told to call back the next day. When I called back I was offered an unsatisfactory compensation - $25 for a $60 meal. I ended up throwing the meal out and ordering pizza. And when I explained this, the manager said well too bad that's more than enough compensation. Will never go back!

  The waitress was rude, brought all of our food out together as to rush us although the restaurant was nearly empty, once we got our food she sat down for 20 minutes and watched tv right infont of us.. she didn't ask how our food was which kinda sucked because the garlic loaf was still frozen.. and when her manager asked her if she had any tables she proceeded to sigh & stomp over to our table before realizing i was watching her.. I'm a waitress myself and am absolutely disgusted with her training and how she was hired won't be coming back any time soon
