  Nice staff. Chicken very dry and tough. I have not eaten at Swiss chalet for a few years due to several experiences where I found smaller portions and the chicken to be dry. Thought I would try it again but I think this will be the last time I eat at Swiss chalet.

  After waiting for 20 minutes for a waitress and placing our orders we were told that there was no chicken left. Ordered roast beef which was terrible. Very disappointed would not ever return to this location.

  We go here occasionally for lunch. It's good Swiss Chalet. If you've never had it, it's solid rotisserie chicken with great sides. Lots of options.
  
  Most of the servers are great. There's one or two that just want to get you in and out and while they aren't rude, they aren't exactly friendly either.

  Ordered their special (crispy chicken) for takeout at dinnertime (6pm) and they didn't have any. They made me wait for a half an hour even though I explicitly said I was in a hurry, refused a refund or an exchange for a ready-made rotisserie chicken without explaination, and only informed me that they were out of their special after I paid. Manager was rude and adversarial. And on top of it, the mac and cheese was disgusting. I've had the mac and cheese takeout at a different Swiss Chalet location before and it was really good, so there was definitely something wrong with this location's mac and cheese. There are tonnes of restaurants in that same plaza, as well as down the road. Go to any of those restaurants instead.

  Second time I have ever ordered from this location, second time I never got my food. First time I called and they told me the driver came but no one was here, which isn't true. This time I call and I can't even get through. Their portions also seem incredibly small, even compared to other Swiss Chalet locations.
