  Placed an order... 50 minutes delivery time. Cool, that usually means if it's not there in 50 minutes it's free. The delivery man makes it with a few minutes to spare. All good. After I paid and tipped the driver, he hands me what I thought was my order and it turns out to be a completely different order altogether. I called in, they said the food is on it's way and gave me a credit of 1/4 chicken meal. I asked "Shouldn't the meal be free since it's past the 50 minutes?" The rep replied with "Because the order was delivered before 50 minutes, even if it's the wrong order, it will not be free but we will still credit you for a future 1/4 chicken dinner." ........... What?

  There are problems with the wait staff. Not the individual but this is a management problem. They aren't working as a team.
  ... On the plus side. They do have WiFi which is almost essential for any restaurant today.
  ... The chicken was tasty as per the franchise although slightly overdone. I am willing to give it another shot since this immediate area has a lack of decent restaurants to begin with.

  This Swiss Chalet is a joke, those who gave good reviews must be friends with people that work there, the place is empty, yet it takes forever to be served, takes forever to get food, heck, they might even forget about you, they question you when you question the food. Do not even get me started on the delivery lol, Oh boy, that is just as bad, if not, worse they going there to eat. Shut that place down, it puts Swiss Chalet to shame.
