  I've been a regular customer for 2 years now. It is disappointing to see that this location usually runs out of basic ingredients for the subs. Buying a small bite for breakfast is far more disappointing when you get your coffee and find out there is no Splenda or sugar substitutes whatsoever despite the multiple suggestions and requests of customers which do not seem to get to the franchise owner (the Indian employees in this location, usually students, seem frightened by the owner).
