  Great atmosphere and venue! me and my friends had a great time here and will definitely be coming back. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by a welcoming smile and energetic beauty ( think her name was jennifer) super kind and set us up right away.

  The rooms are really nice and the whole design of the place is really nice. If you want a good insta feed, this place has a lot of great photo opportunities.

  SUPER outdated songs. Speaking from a person who goes to karaoke places often the karaoke machine was terrible. Half the time the remote did not work and most of the "new songs" were music videos with the artists singing the songs themselves which is the opposite of karaoke. They don't even have good old songs. The service was good and the setting itself was nice. Though the song list and karaoke machine were lacking. In addition, this place was super overpriced. I've been to better karaoke places for cheaper prices.

  My review was deleted... don't know how. But thankfully I saved it on my phone! A lot of the songs didn't have lyrics. Not very updated with song selection. They have a menu but didn't serve anything. We had to go to the nearby sushi restaurant and pizza restaurant to get food. Not only did they not have any food to offer from the menu, they also charge an additional $10 to have outside food in the room too. They offered to decorate the room for a birthday... but it was just a few balloons hanging from the walls. The room was spacious and clean... but that's not enough for me to ever return back or refer any friends to do karaoke here. Hugely disappointing!

  Came into this place and was immediately greeted by a pretty, friendly, bubbly girl who happened to be our server for the night (her name is Jennifer I believe). It was our first time there so Jennifer assisted us on everything there is to know about the place! The place was quiet busy at the time and we were worried about the pace of the service but everytime we needed help of any sort, Jenn would provide promt service. I will definitely come back again especially on Saturdays and Sundays when Jenn works.
