  Sidney is the rudest barista I have come across. Preference is given to people who order brewed coffees as opposed to regular coffees. Only then can you expect a smile or two. Guess business gets the better of them and they forget every customer matters.

  My kids love Starbucks EVERYWHERE we go... In almost every place we have been the staff has been courteous and understanding. Today was our first experience that was not friendly. The male at the counter a. Didn't listen as I had to repeat my order 3x. Considering I kept it simple and ordered basic drinks with no variation and two cake pops, I don't think I should've received looks of disgust and a cold shoulder. I would've given it one star but the drinks were decent and the ladies behindhe counter were really nice. Could be just one bad apple but he was really rotten.
