  The owner of the Sbarro location at the centenary health center 2863 ellesmere rd scarborough could learn a thing or two about people skills and cooking pizza.
  
  I had purchased a groupon for a pizza and since I could not find a phone number for my location (try yourself - there is no number not even on the Sbarro web site) I actually took a trip into the hospital to check it out.
  
  I spoke with the owner Naz and she said I could make the order now and pick up the pizza at a pre determined time - 5 pm later that day - sounds great!!
  
  When I go there at 4:55 she said she had gotten busy and had not started my pizza and that I would have to wait 15-20 minutes. No apology nothing. When the pizza was ready she said it would be another $1.85 for taxes to which I replied that I had just waited 20 minutes because she had forgotten me. The whole time I waited no one approached the store and this was 5 PM on a saturday- sure she was busy. I paid the taxes of course and told her I would gladly have paid twice if the pizza had been ready as we had agreed.
  
  She said she would not apologize for her error because I was mad. Are you kidding me. I am the customer - in my day the customer comes first - if they are mad you as the store owner are supposed to be compassionate and understanding - not abrupt and insensitive.
  
  The pizza was under cooked and soggy. I would not recommend this location.
  
  My previous experience with the chain has been positive - too bad this would have been very convenient for me.

  Ordered through UBER Easts, and everything that I ordered was completely misrepresented.
  the stuffed blah blah blah pizza, advertised as "feeding 5 to 6" is a single slice of bland pizza.
  The "2 feet" of dry, over cooked stromboli was actually under 8 inches... They must be used to lieing about lenght. Even the Caesar salad was a lie. It also said serves 5-6 but was not even a full single serving. This place is a disgrace to all Italian cooking. Con artists.

  Loved it. The guy with long hair is very nice. The food is amazingly fresh as well.
