  The customer service here is horrible. There's hidden costs with bookings that they do not tell you up front and charge you when you pay. The food is not always fresh. The food in the high tea set is not the same quality as the other location. I did not come back after my first experience.

  Was given very limited times for high tea time when I called in advanced to book it. Couldn't pick the macaron flavour we wanted and no staff was around to help us. Had to wait at the front cause no one was at front desk. Had to tell them 10 times that I had a gift certificate NOT a Groupon. (Cause they charge tax on Groupon)

  Ordered a black forest cake for my GFs birthday from their markham location but only this location made them.
  
  I think there was some sort of miscommunication because when I went to pick up after work, i'm not sure if they had my order at all.
  
  Anyways, lady there promised me she'd have it ready and deliver it to me at my house later on. Sure enough around 9pm they dropped it off and cake was damn good :) +bonus points from GF.
