  Food is good, not the best food around but good. Customer service not so much! I order food for pick up, walked there (on a super cold winters day) and presented a coupon they sent in the mail, of which has no limitations /restrictions on use... Yet they refused to accept it without a minimum spend. On top of that the lady who was there to cash me out was being very rude about it and apparently there was no manager on duty. Absolutely poor service.... I don't care if the food is good, with that kind of service and experience and the fact that you don't live up to your own promotion i rather go else where...

  Our server was amazing! Lauren, thanks so much for making our time great. She was very helpful and honesty. Unfortunately that was the best part of my experience here because the food was flavorless. I've never had chicken so bland. I tried to power through it and add ketchup on it but realized quickly nothing could save this tasteless chicken sandwich. Again, Lauren thanks for accommodating. The garlic fries were cool. Prob won't be back.

  High quality BBQ with amazing patio! What more could one ask for?! Having been there a couple of times I have to say that the service was on point and always polite and the experiences a where memorable. I feel like this place is great for any mood. One of the visits was during a busy birthday party and their team really worked hard to get everything right. The owner was there and greeted the guests and made sure everything went smoothly. If you're coming with the car parking can be tricky in this area. I parked in the garage under Sobey's which is about a 5 minute walk from the restaurant. If you like hearty and homemade food, I highly recommend you give Royal Meats a try.
