  Worst customer service ever. Very rude, and they clearly don't understand English very well, I said small 100 times and she still asks me over and over again small or medium. On top off that the food took 40 mins to get ready after they told me 15 mins. Honestly these people should never run a business. Worst place ever.

  It's Tuesday and i went for my special but was disappointed yet again by this location. They burn the chicken. You have one job - don't burn the chicken. Expect extra crispy no matter what you order.

  The staff is amazing, they are very friendly and are always willing to help. This was the Popeyes I've been going to since high school and the staff still remembers me! I have never had an issue with the food either, it's fresh most of the time, never burnt or undercooked (unlike the Markham Rd and 16th Ave location). Definitely go here guys!
