  Washroom had no soap and when asked to provide soap, the cashier said "we're out of everything, we have to buy more soap". The place looked extremely dirty.

  The lady who served me tonight didn't even seem to want to work at all. My poutine was a huge mess. I asked for extra cheese curds and she didn't put enough. I expected more for what I had paid for but I was only disappointed with what I got. She was getting frustrated as more people come. Couldn't even put the lid properly. Plus she didn't put enough of the gravy. It was really dry. It was like eating regular fries but expensive. And I was really disappointed that she used shredded cheese and not cheese curds.
