  Placed an order online, nothing came! Called and they said there was a duplicate order and they attempted to call. There was no missed call and rather than send 1 order they send nothing. Left me kn hold with customer service for 20 minutes and nothing! I have no way of reaching the store directly, the order takers are incompetent, and no one answers at customer service. I have placed another order online and I should not have to pay for this. The original order was placed at 5pm! Just unacceptable with hungry children!

  My local pie shop. You get exactly what you expect at Pizza Pizza, and that's what I want sometimes; no surprises, no frills. The rotating specials are actually good value!

  This is my local Pizza Pizza. I have been going there ever since I moved into the neighborhood. There is one cashier that has NEVER gotten my order right. He is a very tall, dark skinned man that seems to always walk around with his mouth open
  If I order a box of onion rings, he gives me french fries
  If I order whole grain dough, he gives me white dough
  If I order sausage, he gives me ham
  If I order green olives, he gives me green peppers.
  And since pizza is generally a take out food, I don't notice these errors until I get home and it's too late to do anything about it.
  It's JUST this one clerk. Any other clerk there is fine but he's ruined enough meals for me over the years that I'm done with this location
