  It took me 16 minutes before I got my turn to place my order and another 7 minutes to actually get my 1 slice of pizza. If it wasn't raining I would never wait that long, not even 5 minutes just like with their competitions. Also the staff of this branch (the big guy there) was ultra rude he thinks he is talking to his subordinates not to his customers. Not a great experience specially with a so well known mainstream brand. Very disappointing

  The employees and the manager are extremely rude at this location. They have zero customer service skills, and they refused to give me tap water although I bought a medium pizza by saying " they don't supply tap water to people", which is illegal and inhuman. Overall had a terrible experience at this location.

  Employee /manager is always super friendly... better customer service experience that any other than Pizza Pizza I've been to.
