  The tall fat Chinese guy doesn't wash his hands after changing garbage bags, the cook in the back just sneezed. Same thing... very scary and unsanitary. I asked the tall chubby gentleman to wash his hands, he gave me a rude look like I'm being unreasonable.

  Don't why this place has such low ratings, I always order a medium pepperoni pizza that comes out great and I always see the nice old lady thats always smiling. People have too high standards.

  Food is food, but the employees their are awful with customer service. They look like their over worked and just gave up leading to rude service. Especially, the old asian guy with white hair - he has been working at the same location since when i was in elementary, now I am in university.

  Most of the staff are good, but their are two men there I absolutely despise. The pizza itself isn't as good as the other locations, they definitely cheap out on toppings and cheese. They usually have all slices readily available, but they rarely have square slices.

  Very rude staff with poor English skills. The staff actually look annoyed to have to take your order. I'm talking about several different employees that have this awful attitude. The only staff I've ever seen there that are decent are an older lady and a young lady that I saw once a long time ago.
  
  I saw several customers waiting for a very long time for their pizza. Again, annoyed responses by the staff. When one of these customers went back to the counter again and again, finally the irritated staff guy checked one of the pizzas that had been sitting there for quite some time. Surprise, that was the pizza the customer had been waiting for.
  
  Inexcusable.
