  I understand it was busy but I was looked in the face by the cashier and she walked to the back of the store. Had my 4 yr old son with me who could decide between cheese and pepperoni and the other cashier who took my order was not pleased. Another gentleman was overlooked 3 times and other customers were helped before him. The service was terrible. Last time I will go here.

  Used to be good pizza until a couple of years ago. The pizza is usually soggy and cheese not distributed evenly. Plus they don't add as much cheese as they used too. Must be new owners or pizza makers! Will never go back even though it's convenient.

  I ordered the pizza to the wrong address by mistake, so the driver called and we said we could meet somewhere else or he could come to us. He hung up and we saw him drive away. We never got our pizza. I called customer service and they said it would take 2-3 weeks for the refund. I went to the store to complain and the guy was rude and was talking over us. We never even got a free pizza or anything. I was a fairly frequent customer but not anymore. Terrible customer service and their pizza isn't anything special, especially this location. I'd give zero stars if I could.

  Disappointed with the cleanliness of this location. We visited upon opening on a Sunday morning and found the washrooms to be filthy, table tops were not wiped down, and the floors were not mopped – all of which we would have expected staff, on the previous night, to have looked after. The food itself was standard to the chain’s level of quality.

  Sunny is very friendly here. The super dish pizza is phenomenal. Have been really impressed with this location lately. Sometimes it's a little full and there are students being noisy, but it's expected.
