  Why does this location still exist??
  
  This is the second issue that I've had with this location within a week, because unfortunately they are the only location that does delivery in my area.
  
  The first time i placed an order, after 40 minutes had gone by i received a phone call alerting me that my order had to be cancelled due to lack of dough. This was also Super Bowl night, you would think they would make sure they are good to go on a night like this.
  
  Tonight I placed an order at 6:59 pm. After the delivery window time period came and passed, I decided to call the customer service line three times. The first time i was on hold for 12 minutes, second time, 20 minutes, but third time is a charm.
  
  After being on hold for 5 or so minutes, I was connected with the store.. Firstly, if i wanted to be connected with the store directly, i would have called them myself (which i did multiple times to no avail).
  
  I spoke with the man who answered the phone who proceeded to tell me that he couldn't find my order. Low and behold, after another wasted two minutes of my time, he told me my order was cancelled due to not having enough drivers.. I did not receive a call letting me know this was what happened.
  
  At this point, this store is absolutely ridiculous. It's a damn shame that they are the only location that delivers to my area, as i will no longer be ordering online for as long as this store is in charge of my deliveries.

  Everything is dirty. When you are walking into the dining area look to your right - into the kitchen. There are a bunch of white light switches right inside the kitchen - except they have turned brown from never being cleaned. Every surface in the bathroom and dining area is unclean. How dare they run a business like this.

  I've been here 3 times and the only problem we had was the day time cashier. She is so rude oh my god. Then we decided to go in the late evening, can't remember her name but she's Asian :) love that lady she is so nice!

  Terrible Service!
  One server/hostess/kitchen-helper for the whole sit down area of the restaurant. She was pleasant, but we had to ask for silverware twice and for our water three times (which all took even longer because she would disappear from the dinging room for ten minutes at a time, presumably cooking food..)
  
  The buffet lunch had practically no food at all. At one point there was one slice of pizza and NO pasta left.
  This place needs some better management!
  Second star, because when the pizza was available, and not cold, it was pretty good.

  I really get impressed with fast foods like this. So this is our story. We spent the the day in the pool with my nice, boyfriend, 2- 4 year olds and baby daughter. We all met up at pizza hut expecting a buffet. We were told buffet. Was not available on weekends.
  That did not stop us. The restaurant was empty. So we were worries. To my supprise we had great service, food was hot got a few perks and for 13 people was a great price no rushed and a smiling service.
