  We order from them so often they have our order saved in their system. So when they screwed up our order, I was surprised. When I called them to let them know there was a mess up with our order, they were very defensive and rude and accused me of messing it up and then hung up on me. Not impressed. Horrible customer service! I didn't even want them to correct the mistake, I just wanted acknowledgement that there was a mistake made.

  Is there any half star? Or no star?i would like to give minus star to this finch and albion pizza depot.no customer service .even they can't understand the order.and behaviour was worst. Worst customer service i ever had in my life.
