  This place has been around for a long time and the reason is simple. Great food! The restaurant itself is dated and extremely in need of a makeover but don't let that fool you. They are planning to renovate early 2017 anyway.

  Reasonable price - not the cheapest, but fair value. Better than average dim sum. Unbeatable view. Recommend grabbing dim sum brunch here on a weekend morning in the summer, followed by gelato near the boardwalk and spending the day out on the water

  The new set up looks enclosed. It's was way better before. Service declined, and host gives unreliable waited times, having you wait an hr when you've been quoted 30mins

  Hardly fair to give a restaurant 1 star just because you didn't know it was renovating?? That's your fault, not theirs!
  
  I droppes by yesterday when it apparently just opened after it's renovation and I LOVED IT! Great selection, almost didn't know what to order because there were so many choices. A little pricy, but I mean it's seafood and it's accompanying a great view, so it was well worth it. I got the pork/ shrimp dumplings, spinach/ shrimp dumplings, and the lobster with ginger and green onions.
  
  Absolutely amazing and I had a great evening.

  Just reopened after intensive and complete renovations of the entire facility. It is now a beautiful space with the usual excellent food items. We love this place not just for the view! If you like Chinese food in particular the Dim Sum offerings, then this is where you must go when you visit Harbourfront!
