  If you can get there during the dim sum rush, it's a ton of fun. Sometimes the food can also feel rushed, but it's a great place to gather for dim sum. But I've now been there off peak and I'll say it's delicious and quality.

  Great Chinese restaurant! They adjusted our order from what it was in menu. Prices are very low, I even left 20% tips. And the food was very tasty. We took sweet and sour chicken, and I tried it on many other places. The service war very fast as well.
  Very good place! Recommended.

  Ranking from a food perspective, I give it 4 stars. I am Chinese and grew up in Vancouver eating the excellent dim sum there, to give further perspective on my review. The dim sum plates were good sizes (not too small) and for the most part very tasty. The one dish we were disappointed with was the beef tendon - they were too large and not soft enough - inedible.
  
  From a service perspective I give it a 3, maybe even 2 stars. The dim sum comes out on push carts here and the women pushing them apparently have been pushing them here for at least 25 years (my friend told me he this, he's been coming here for 25 years). I like that they come out on carts, but the women barely speak English and most likely are hard of hearing. In a way this is quaint, but in lot of ways it is not. Just something to keep in mind when deciding on the atmosphere you are looking for.
  
  Bottom line would I come back and recommend this place? Yes I would for the food, but note to keep any young kids sitting away from the aisles / carts.

  The food is ok can't really compared to other seafood restaurants in Markham. I really wish they change their tablecloths because they have been using them for years, even before their name change. Their tablecloths are old and disgusting and I won't recommend eating food off it. If you drop food it's best to push it aside.

  Came here for Chinese New Year. We ordered the pork with Garlic, pepper and salt, the Chicken ginger pineapple and the Fried rice with eggs and peas. All the dishes were tasty. It's the usual amount of saltiness from a Chinese restaurant in case you're watching you sodium. This would probably be a good place to go for Chinese food as a group. There were many full tables of friends and families when we arrived.
