  Expensive + regrettable experiences on 9am Sunday mornings when it's not busy.
  
  Visit #1, not all of order arrived. Had to ask where is the muffin we ordered, told it's on it's way. Had to ask a 2nd time, then they needed to confirm which muffin was ordered because they forgot.
  
  Visit #2, our food part of the order came but not the hot drinks. Waited for 10 minutes before asking, said the drinks will be coming soon. 5 minutes later I had to ask again, turns out the drinks were made a while ago so instead of hot drinks, they were warm.

  The staff is always friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. This is the only Panera I have visited but thus far I am always impressed.

  My last two visits to the Panera at 197 North Queen in Etobicoke have been dismal. The last visit we ordered sandwiches and soup. Soup was scalding hot from the microwave and the ingredients in the sandwiches were past their best before date. The chicken in both of our sandwiches was like cold wrinkled blobs that would not stay between the bread. My prior visit I ordered the almond quinoa oatmeal but was brought the strawberry oatmeal. When I told the server I didn't ordered this I was told it was too late to get what I ordered. It was 10:15. I needed to know that when I tried to place my order! I've mostly visited a location at Square One in Mississauga and always thought the food was great.

  The manager Oreste is great. After a few visits, he remembered my family and has been very generous. My one reservation about this location is that they always get my order wrong. We typically ask them to hold the chicken on our salad but they get it wrong 80 percent of the time. I understand that I am asking for an exception but they have a button for "- Chicken" and the line cooks should be able to handle a simple instruction.

  It's a good place, but food is average. I personally think Artisano's is a better option.
