  I used to go hear a lot but today when i went a new worker was there and just ruined my experience my sandwhich has almost no lettuce when i asked for lots of lettuce and gave me so little onions and olives

  I had been going to this location often since it it right near my work. After my last experience there, I will not be setting foot in there ever again. I ordered a large assorted sub, and got halfway through it only to find a hair in my sandwich. Not only was it it my sandwich, it was baked INTO the bread. I brought it to the cashier's attention and she told me that she couldn't tell what it was and that she needed to get her husband's opinion. Her husband (the owner) came over and looked at it and agreed that it was a hair. They then completely brushed it off. She told me that it wasn't a big deal and tried to justify it by saying that she found a bug in her fruit that she bought from the grocery store once. This is completely unacceptable and their nonchalant attitude about what happened is enough for me to boycott that location. Gross.
