  I asked to collect scene points on our meals. The lady proceeds to swipe the card and gives it back. We ask if she REDEEMED points on the card, she said yes and walked away. She comes back after 20 minutes and took the points off the card and applied it to the meal. I told her I did not want to redeem and wanted to collect points from the meal. The service was terrible - very slow. Very unhappy with the service, my boyfriend is still dealing with them and it has been a week. I will never go to a Milestones again.
  
  I've work in customer service since I was 14 years old and I give credit to those who go above and beyond or when a service is good. Unfortunately for my boyfriend and I we decided to go with the wrong restaurant that night.

  My bestfriend and I went here to spend Halloween night, and it actually wasn't too crowded. Food was great and the staff were amazing! Will definitely come back for more~

  Fun place.. I think the drinks were fun. Good food, good service. We sat in the bar, loud environment game playing in background.
