  Always dirty and as you can see it's a haven for the homeless. Always someone sleeping in a corner. Staff very rude. Food never right. I don't understand how this place is still open

  One of the worst McDonald's location. Food isn't cooked properly. Ice cream machine was broken but no sign was posted. The lady at the counter seemed mad that I wouldn't take a smoothie instead of a refund. (I ordered a mcflurry with extra toppings)

  Waited 24 minutes for a hot chocolate. People were abandoning their orders and just giving up on full meals after like 35 minutes. I was sitting there watching this and people were wishing me good luck as they were leaving, one guy literally did the hunger games salute and said "may the odds ever be in your favour" before abandoning his order without a refund. Never in my whole life have I seen customer services this bad.

  The service at this location is insanely slow. Either inside or the DT, and this has happened multiple times. Food is at the lower end of McD's quality standards too. Just seems like a "I don't care staff" mentality.

  I have been to a lot of McDonalds in my time all over the country! This was the worst service I have experienced. Rude & unfriendly staff and of course my order was wrong and the 2nd time around the English muffin was so burnt it wasn't edible - I couldn't be bothered to go back :(
