  We were there around 11 am Wednesday Feb 22/16. The girl at the counter, (blonde and a little plump), was distracted and slow. She was like that a few months before and seems to be a favourite of the blonde manager.

  New self-ordering touch screen terminals available. Employee dressed in formal attire offered to assist if we wanted to try it out, but if not we were directed to the counter for the traditional experience. We tried it. It was very easy, quick , and intuitive. We ate in the store for the first time in years and as we exited the manager was there in a suit thanking people for their visit.

  Fast and easy - pretty standard. Nice to have the dollar drinks in the summer and the speed of the line moves decently quick at peak hours.

  The staff on the closing shift today really don't like their jobs and it shows. As we waited for our order, some teenager was sitting on the serving counter. None of the staff asked him to move and are serving customers around him. The cashier didn't impute our extra drinks, saying they were included in our combos when they were not. Then no ketchup, with 2 Happy Meals. It took several minutes to get someone to acknowledge me when I tried to ask for some ketchup and when I finally got someone's attention they were obviously annoyed that I asked them for anything. Back in the kitchen, all I can hear is some girl repeating to a co-worker "what do you expect it's McDonald's". Needless to say, I ordered my missing coffee from the Tim Hortons in the same food court.
