  Always crowded. Order often came out wrong. Seats by the fireplace need re-organized to accommodate 2-person groups. Employees mostly pleasant. Some managers need to know to ask permission before touching customer's food. Parking lot difficult to navigate. Good coffee.

  15 minutes and waiting for breakfast. This location is incredibly slow, the lady doing coffees was throwing the coffee pots around. Clearly they need more staff

  I think that some of you have been working here long enough to understand which times of the day have rushes. It is extremely frustrating when I come to this location during a rush and there is 1 drive thru lane open. The two lane thing I believe is a way to expedite the process of being in line but clearly, that's not the deal here. There is also an African-American girl with very short hair that needs an attitude adjustment. I am coming to this establishment to spend my money and there is no reason why I should be disrespected while I'm ordering as this is not the first or second time this has happened. This location definitely needs some changes to take place as soon as possible before things get worse. Everyone deserves respect.

  Great place to take the kids. My son loves it. Very clean play area and very good service. This location is fairly new. The staff is very friendly.
