- 1 / 5By Rachel KasyOwner was dishonest. Took 30$ extra as a deposit that he "would return once we gave back the cake decorations" (i.e. plastic pearls and a rusted decoration piece). Neglected to tell us it had to be returned the next day. When I returned it 3 weeks later he was very rude and said he would not return the money even after I explained that I would have returned it sooner but I live far and he never mentioned the one day policy. Terrible experience, I practically got yelled at.
Cake was cheap, not great but not bad for the price either. Just a warning that once they have your money, you may not receive anymore customer service.December 31, 2016
