  If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Got a burger to go and it went right in the garbage after the first bite. It wasn't the old Lick's hamburger - instead a cheap processed patty. To top it off, the service was terrible. Stay clear of this place.

  Not a good experience. Worst fries I have ever had....they were basically raw and devoid of any flavour or texture (unless you consider soggy as a texture). The burger was sizeable but tasted like any premade frozen burger that you buy at the grocery store. My insides now feel like I just ate 100 oysters....not a good feeling. The saving grace was the free refills. Nothing like downing 80oz of root beer to make me feel like I got my money's worth. Next time I just happen to be in Scarborough, I'll spend my $10 at the other failing restaurant chain next door (Quizno's)

  Man I remember when Licks used to be the best burger joint in town. Now they can't even get the order right, cashier is yelling at the cook and food is trash

  Horrible all around. First lets start with the place being not disability friendly. The place has not complied with Accessibility bylaw. Inside, chairs were blocking access to seating areas and walking through. The owner needs to consider that some of her customers have disabilities but she seems to spend more time chatting with parents and their children. Waited until she was done her long conversation with the parents about how she owns the place. Not very friendly at all. When your customers walk in the door, greet them. Now on to order: Hamburgers were over-cooked almost burnt and not very edible and in fact the worst burgers were had in about 6 yrs. Not sure where she hired the short order cook but our order came up very short. Now on to parents: please do not leave your 4 yr olds inside alone while you go outside to the parking lot, first that is a safety issue for the child and second it is against the law to leave your children under age 10 unattended. Would never go back. Save your cash and go to McDonalds, maybe too much salt but you know what you are getting. To the poster on here named Chris: if folks like us are whining, it is because we expect quality service and product, if you think this is a jewel of a place, it shows what your standards are or perhaps you were sleeping when you ate there.

  The food was amazing beyond belief!! The service was quick, the vegetarian options are plenty, and there is really good customer service .. I'll definitely be back here more often, most likely the spot for me and my woman!
