  Food is okay and service is horrible. Told we don't take large orders over the phone, when I said it's only 9 pcs they hesitated but took the order and said 10 minutes. I paid in store 20 minutes ago, 30 minutes since we ordered over the phone- still waiting!

  They have the best chicken wraps out there. There is one girl that her service is no good but I give them a 4 star for their food and for the fact that there is another girl there who serves amazing. They are better than popeyes to me personally taste wise.

  Customer service is too lousy..
  
  They make rude faces at times if the order is changed (at the counter itself).
  
  They made me wait for 20 mins for just 2 chicken pieces. They served other customers placing their order after me from the same lot who came after me.
  
  At last, no sauce or tissues given instead a rude gesture.
  
  Felt as though time and money wasted..

  I used to go there often but the last time a girl who was on reception was misbehaved. The way she was behaving with me i felt like i was working there and she was my customer really had a bad experience
  And when i went to that girl and said you should not behave like that she sounds like its ok it was like we dont need you,so this is how you behave with your customers. She didnt say that but she was behaving like that nd yes action speaks louder than words. The other girls are very nice. Really disappointed by this.
