  Visiting relatives from Scotland and we found this place in Highland Creek to be an absolute gem of an establishment. Generally full of friendly locals with a great atmosphere and you are really made welcome from locals and staff alike. The beer is always at the perfect temperature with a good variety of food if you are peckish or simply hungry.
  No frills establishment with a warm welcome for foreign guests, especially if you are Scots.

  The only place I have ever been where they want your money but hate to serve you. The bartender is a grumpy, miserable person who doesn't like her job or the people who come in. It can take upwards of 15 minutes to get a drink and when it comes it also comes with a large side of attitude. She takes her frustrations with the owner out in front of the patrons. It's nice to hear them yell obscenities at each other. Then the place empties out. Who wants to stick around? The owner is a piece of work himself. Don't even want to start on that one. On a positive note a few of the regulars are funny and make it a pleasurable experience at times.On a positive note the food is pretty good. When you can actually get served some. It too comes with a large side of attitude. I will not be back!!!

  Fantastic atmosphere and the food is phenomenal. Crazy how it is only one woman running the whole operation. Serving making food. Bartending. And dealing with the off track betting. Wonderful place
