  Long wait time for food , Staff is definitely undertrained. Dining area is so dirty you can't sit and eat 95% of the time. Very very bad location.

  Extremely slow service. I was in the Drive thru for over 25 minutes today. Staff should let customers park if they have a large orders to minimize congestion in the drive thru. The only reason why I stayed in the long ass line was because I was right in the middle of the line. There were many people begging for money which was very uncomfortable for me sitting in my car as the security guard stood there and watched people getting terrorized. With that aside, management needs to train all staff on work etiquette and how to serve customers efficiently.

  Somebody need to be fired on this branch for rudness remark against a customer. Other than the long wait and rudness the taste and the crispyness of the chicken is good.
