  We are having a team dinner for hockey right now as I am writing this. There is one person serving the group of 30 people.
  
  We called the restraunt at 11:30am and reserved for 7:30pm!!!! Plenty of time to make sure that they were well staffed
  
  The server stopped taking my tables order halfway through and then came back to finish only after being asked when he was coming back 30 min later.
  
  We have been here for 2 hours now and some people kids and adults still haven't been served.
  
  Someone ordered chicken ceaser salad and garden salad dressing was put on it.
  
  The service here is the absolute worse i have ever seen, I understand that we have a large group but we have been in and out of other places in 2 hours with groups the same size as this and with little to no problems.
  
  We are still with out everyone being served and the manager has been too busy to speak with anyone asking to talk to him. We have received 30% off of our bill but at this point it isn't good enough I would NEVER go to this place EVER again.

  Went in late Monday night when it wasn't by any means busy as service was surprisingly slow. Aside from the speed of service, our waiter didn't pay much attention to us. Then when my meal came (I ordered the maple salmon), the serving size was absolutely tiny (definitely not the typical 5 oz portion of meat restaurants give, and a small mound of potatoes and veggies), as well my salmon was overcook and not tender.

  Slowest service ever and it isn't even busy! Waited 15 minutes to be seated when more than half the tables were empty. Food also took a very long time and it was only appetizers!

  Terrible.
  
  My group of 4 came in at 7:20, and was not served our meals until 8:45. The place was not busy so no excuse there. I wouldn't have cared as much if they had brought out my son's meal of fries and chicken nuggets before ours. Refills, don't expect one. Cutlery, had to request it for the table but ate half the meal by the time our server came back. I just couldn't play the waiting game any longer but now I relived the days of how I used to eat when I was a baby.
  
  I should have taken a hint to stay away from this place with the amount of negative reviews but I gave it shot and learned my lesson.
  
  I will never visit this location again.
