  Love this place. I recommend the spinach dip. Can't give them five stars because they did not have the tandoori chicken available. Also, two weeks ago we ordered the fish & chips and one of the fish was not cooked properly. It was hard and gummy but fortunately the waitress brought it back and gave us the biggest fish they had in stock!

  For us, Tuesday is hamburger night, so yesterday we tried Kelsey's. Sorry to say it was a miss. Both our hamburgers were overcooked and quite tasteless. The dipping sauce that came with the calamari burned my mouth. My wife's fries were under-cooked, so were left uneaten. My side was cream of broccoli soup, which was excellent. Our server was very good. The total was far too expensive for what we got.

  Ordered one the simplest dishes on the menu as well as my Grandfather. The fish wasn't properly cooked. It was warm, almost cold. The coleslaw had no dressing and the fries were dry. The whole plate was a right off. I didn't complain as my family and I were in a rush to get my grandparents back on the road to Peterborough. The food was terrible! Don't waste your money at this place people.

  Not happy that the "fun" menu items have been removed. Back to the old Kelseys bland menu. Why reinvent yourself just to return to the boring. We arrived on a Friday to a mostly empty restaurant at 4 pm. Which isn't uncommon at that time. But as we sat and ate and enjoyed our company this didn't change. A few tables of patrons but not like before when it was packed. It was after 630 when we left and still not busy. On to the food. Don't waste your money on the bacon Mac and cheese unless you want Velveeta from a can on your pasta, It was terrible. The chicken and gravy was tasty but not worth the money. Funnel cake fries are still on the desert menu which was a plus! The staff use the front of the restaurant as a smoking lounge looks terrible as we sat and watched one guy chain smoke right by the door then return inside. Not to soon later he returned to have a few more. He was out there 4 times in our time there. Several other workers also then would go there to also smoke. Won't be back this was a go to place, and now it won't be. So many other amazing restaurant with amazing choices.

  Haven't been to Kelseys for a while but I was surprised with their updated decor and their selection of food. We came here for pre-movie dinner date and the food was great! Would definitely come back again!
