  Food was okay. Great location and nice patio.
  However, the service did trigger a pet peeve for me and my guest when they asked (and hovered) to settle the bill because of an end of shift - but did so before plates were cleared and while my friend was still eating. That type of rushing comes off as rude and petty as the server does not want to transfer the bill (and couple buck tip) to their colleague.

  I was at the Jason George for the Open House of the Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs. It's a nice, intimate pub that was perfect for the event. They closed off a section for us and handled all the details, making it easy for us to focus on the attendees. They provided good food and drinks, not to mention a great environment for networking. We go back every year for our Open House because they make the event so effortless for us to organize.
